Audio Data

When you use NoBluff to record a statement:

• Audio is captured temporarily and sent securely to NoBluff servers
• Our servers forward the audio to Google AI (Gemini) for real-time voice analysis to generate your entertainment verdict
• Audio is deleted immediately after analysis — both on our servers and by Google
• We do NOT store, save, or retain any audio recordings
• We do NOT create transcripts of your recordings

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics including:

• Number of analyses performed
• App crash reports and performance data
• General device information (iOS version, device type)

Purchase Information

If you subscribe to NoBluff Pro:

• Transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or store payment information
• We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Your name or email address
• Phone number
• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Photos or videos
• Social security numbers or government IDs
• Credit card or banking information

3. How We Use Information

The limited data we collect is used to:

• Provide AI-powered entertainment verdicts
• Improve app performance and stability
• Display relevant advertisements (free tier only)
• Verify subscription status

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

AI Analysis Provider — Google AI (Gemini)

We use Google's Gemini AI to analyze voice recordings and generate entertainment verdicts. When you use NoBluff:

• Your voice recording is sent from NoBluff servers to Google AI (Gemini) for real-time analysis
• Google processes the audio to detect speech patterns and generate a verdict
• Google does not retain your audio after processing
• Google is bound by data processing agreements that provide equivalent data protection
• No other personal data (name, location, contacts, etc.) is shared with Google

User consent: Before using NoBluff for the first time, you are shown a data disclosure explaining that your voice recordings will be processed by Google AI (Gemini). By tapping "Let's Play," you consent to this data processing.

Apple App Attest

We use Apple's App Attest service to verify that requests to our servers come from legitimate copies of NoBluff running on real Apple devices. This helps protect against fraud and abuse. App Attest:

• Does not collect personal information
• Generates a device-specific cryptographic key
• Helps ensure service integrity and security

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• Audio is processed in secure environments
• No persistent storage of audio data

6. Children's Privacy

NoBluff is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about a child, please contact us.
